Segnalazione Vincente and EKIS: a new networking model
On 15 December 2024, at the Teatro Gaber in Milan, an entrepreneurial training school and a referral network put their people in the same room. This isn't the story of one day: it's the textbook case of what happens when two different worlds meet, instead of two identical ones.

Why two different worlds
A school brings people, a network brings the reason to meet
An audience of entrepreneurs in training and a network of professionals who introduce businesses to other businesses each have exactly what the other lacks.
What a school brings
Attention and openness. Someone who spends a day training is already in a different frame of mind from someone who arrives at an event to sell: they've already accepted, going in, the idea that there's something they don't know. It's the best possible condition for getting to know someone.
What a referral network brings
A structured reason to talk to each other. In a room of twelve hundred people, the problem isn't finding someone to talk to: it's working out who, in that room, actually makes sense for you. That's the work AIRA© does upstream, on the declared Footprints.
A full room isn't a network. It's a full room.
What was on the programme
Two hundred people out of more than twelve hundred
The format announced for that day wasn't the plenary session: it was the restricted one.
Inside BEAUTIFUL DAY 2024 a speed meeting was planned with two hundred of the attendees, out of an announced audience of more than twelve hundred. It's the format the discipline has always relied on: in a room like that, the problem isn't finding someone to talk to — it's working out who it's worth talking to.
What the day actually produced, this page doesn't say: no wrap-up report was ever published, and a programme isn't a result.
Where the tables are really put together
At Forum Connections the pairing isn't left to chance: the tables are put together by the algorithm before anyone walks into the room.
Nothing is known about how the two hundred at BEAUTIFUL DAY were chosen, so nothing is written about it here.
The detail people miss. In the model described in that article, the business helps whoever introduced it after collecting on the first sale born from that referral. It sounds like an administrative technicality. It's actually the reason the mechanism doesn't jam: reciprocity starts from a verifiable fact, not from a promise made over dinner.
One word at a time
This isn't networking
The 2024 title said "a new networking model", and it has stayed there because it's the word people search for. The right word, though, is a different one, and the difference is measurable.
Networking is an activity: you show up, you meet people, you hope. It has no one responsible for it, no measurement and no criterion for deciding who to meet — and indeed its outcome can't be predicted or repeated.
Relational Engineering treats the same people as a designable system: who introduces whom, for what reason, and what came of it. The people in the network are called Connectors, the gesture is called a referral, and the asymmetry that sets it in motion has a name of its own — Dispari (a term the author coined for whoever moves first, without waiting to be asked — it doesn't translate neatly into English) — (Second Law).
The first step
Where your company stands, in one number
AIRA-SCAN© measures the Relational Capital your company already has: ten questions, three minutes, no registration required. Your browser calculates the score and it appears immediately, along with the dimensions where you're losing the most points.
The extended report then arrives by email, and within one working day someone calls you: you look at the result together and assess whether the AIRA-DX© Stoic Analysis makes sense for your company. It's free and limited to twelve a week, so it isn't owed to whoever takes the check-up: it's decided together.
Would you rather just talk it through? The number is 0549 888808.
