Connector Network

We introduce you to companies that will open their clients' doors to you — people who have dozens or hundreds of your potential clients and who already trust them. In return, you lend them a hand. In that order: you receive first, then you give back. It isn't courtesy, it's how reciprocity gets switched on.

  • There's no entry fee: you join by sharing your own profile
  • 2,141 qualified Connectors across 20 regions and 124 provinces, as of 13/08/2026
  • Exquisite people to meet. Never advertising: you won't receive offers to read

Who this page is for

Consultants, accountants, lawyers, sales agents, former managers, senior professionals with a network built over twenty years. People who want to put that relational capital to work without going back to being full-time salespeople.

If instead you represent a company that wants to build its own network, the door is For businesses.

The rule that changes everything

The other party receives the value first. Always.

Almost everyone who approaches you is asking you for something. The formula is always the same, even when it's well dressed: "let me introduce you to a company so you can help it". It sounds like an opportunity, but you're the one who has to make the first move, and the return is only a promise.

Here the sentence is flipped: "let me introduce you to a company that will open its clients' doors to you, and in return you lend it a hand". The substance is identical. The perception — and above all who moves first — isn't.

It isn't a copywriting trick. It's the Second Law applied: among equals the system tends toward equilibrium, and equilibrium is a stalemate — two professionals who've traded a coffee and are both waiting for the other to start. Value moves when someone tips the balance first. In our system, that someone is the company, by contract.

Phrases you won't hear from us

  • "I'm proposing a contract"
  • "We have plans, let me make you an offer"
  • "Become one of our lead-hunters"
  • "We'll make you money" as the central argument

These aren't phrases we avoid out of politeness: they describe a relationship in which the person with the network is the last link and the first one who has to move. It's exactly the relationship this system exists to flip.

Getting in

You don't join by paying. You join by sharing your own profile.

It's the difference between a club, which sells you access to a room, and a system, which needs to know who you are so it can introduce you to the right people. What you give isn't money: it's data about yourself.

  • 01 · The Footprint

Who you are, what you do, who you know

The third question is the one nobody asks. You declare the macro sectors — there are 19 — where you can really reach the decision-makers, and the niches within each.

  • 02 · The goals

What you want back in return

Reciprocity only works when it's declared. A profile is qualified once bio and reciprocity goals are filled in: without them, AIRA© doesn't have enough to work with and nobody gets anything good.

  • 03 · The matches

    2 to 4 a month, no more

Every month AIRA© identifies the two to four professionals with whom an introduction has the best chance of generating mutual value. The pace is a choice: a continuous stream doesn't get honoured, and a network that doesn't honour its matches stops working.

The stated purpose is only one: to meet exquisite people. Never advertising.

Further along, the platform offers a paid membership, and it's optional. It arrives at a precise point: after you've experienced a couple of good meetings firsthand. Before that point we ask you for nothing, because before that point you'd have no reason to give it to us.

Two kinds of meeting

Match Pari and Match Dispari

The first is the one you already know, and it works fine when it works. The second is the one rarely found on the market, and it's the reason this system exists.

The difference isn't who you meet: it's who is obligated to reciprocate, and whether that obligation is written down anywhere.
Match Pari Match Dispari
Who meets whom Connector with Connector Connector with a Segnalazione Vincente client company
What it takes to work Chemistry and symmetric reciprocity One of the two sides has to move first — and by contract it's the company
The risk The stalemate: each waits for the other, and good intentions fizzle out No stalemate: reciprocity is a declared commitment, not a hope
What you get A relationship between equals, worth as much as you both know how to build it Open doors to a client base the company already has, plus the agreed reward

The Dispari match isn't a favour someone grants: it's the mechanism that starts the domino chain.

Whoever receives access of superior value first has a concrete reason to move, and the guarantee that the return will come. It's the Reciprocity Engine: a referral is a debt of reciprocity deposited in the other person, and the system tracks it until it's closed. It isn't generosity hoped to be repaid — it's a ledger entry.

The choice almost nobody offers you

Five qualified introductions, or five hundred euros

When a referral succeeds, the company gives back. The novelty isn't that it gives back: it's that you can choose what in.

The line the market always gives you is the same: "I'll give you ten per cent." And it's a line many professionals dislike, because it demotes them to someone else's salesperson.

Here the line is different: "for every hundred euros you'd have taken in cash, I'll introduce you instead to a strategic partner — someone who has dozens or hundreds of the clients you're looking for, who already trusts them, and whom you don't know."

For someone who lives on relationships, five open doors are worth more than five hundred euros. Not because money doesn't matter, but because a senior professional's bottleneck isn't cash: it's access to the right people. Cash always stays available — the choice is yours, referral by referral.

The formula

R = MC/2

Reciprocity costs the company half the full value of the Match Credit. That's why it can afford to offer you more of it — and why the system holds together instead of being a nice-sounding promise.

The credit is a spare wheel: it's needed until the engine turns on its own. Once the company has learned to reciprocate with its own relationships, it stops buying it. That progression — from purchased credit to genuine reciprocity — is the proof that we're not selling a trick.

Who you'd be meeting

Who's already in the network

The question that matters isn't how many we are, it's who we are. These are the network's figures as of 13 August 2026, counted on qualified profiles only — bio and reciprocity goals filled in, unsubscribed profiles excluded.

A Connector declares an average of 8 sectors of influence out of 19 and 134 B2B relationships: most people count for more in verticals other than their own, and that's the data point the whole system is built on.

An honesty owed on the big number: our internal planning called for 3,250 members after the July launch. We didn't get there: between new sign-ups and departures the network is stable at around 2,150. We publish the real number with its date, not the target.

In concrete terms

What you get, beyond the meetings

  • An asset that's currently idle

Your network already exists and produces nothing. Here it becomes something you can use in a structured way, without having to sell it cheap and without having to hand it over to anyone.

  • Reciprocity by contract

When you work with a Dispari company the return is a declared commitment, with terms and timing: the Matching Agreement. Not a binding obligation, but not a promise left to people's memory either.

  • Doors, not just rewards

The part worth the most is the one that never shows up on an invoice: people who have dozens or hundreds of your potential clients and whom today you have no way to reach.

  • Tools, events, community

The platform, the Forum Connections and Speed Connections events, and an environment of professionals who've signed the same Manifesto. The best relationships are born there, not in the matches.

The progression has five levels — Standard, Junior, Pro, Master, Elite — and it stays the one from the new setup.

The questions everyone asks

What it isn't

Do I have to pay to join?

No. There's no entry fee: you join by sharing your own profile. Further along, the platform offers a paid membership, which is optional and arrives after you've already seen what the meetings are like. If they weren't good, you have no reason to subscribe.

Is it an MLM?

No. You don't earn by recruiting someone below you, and there's no tiered structure where compensation depends on who you brought in. The return only comes from referrals to real companies that succeed — and you can choose to receive it in relationships instead of money.

Is it a referral-exchange club like the ones I know?

Referral-exchange clubs are right about one huge thing: trusted relationships generate business. But they demand a lot of in-person time, depend on whichever group you happen to land in, and run on Match Pari, hence the stalemate that follows from it. Here the meeting is calculated by the algorithm from relationship data, the return is declared upfront, and anyone who already attends a club uses this system as an accelerator — we don't replace anything.

Will I receive sales offers?

No: the system's stated purpose is to introduce you to people, not to get you to read advertising. And matches only happen on mutual consent — in the Selection APP nobody gets in touch with you unless you've also said yes. Full unsubscription is possible at any time.

Do I have to go back to being a salesperson?

No, and that's the point. A Connector doesn't chase anyone: they refer — they put their own reputation on the line for one person with another. It's an act that takes a few minutes and is worth exactly what it costs in reputation. The one who chases is the lead-hunter, and in this discipline that role doesn't exist.

What happens to my data?
