What you can do with the content
You may read, print and save the pages for personal use, and you may quote excerpts as long as you credit the source and link to the original page. We're glad to be quoted properly — it's exactly the behaviour the discipline describes.
Without written authorisation, you may not: reproduce the content in full on other sites or media, use it for your own commercial purposes, modify it and present it as your own, systematically extract it with automated tools, or use our distinctive signs in a way that implies a partnership that doesn't exist.

The figures we publish
This isn't boilerplate — it's a rule we set for ourselves, and it's worth putting in writing on a legal page.
Every published figure carries the time window and the method used to measure it
This applies also — especially — to the figures that don't flatter us: the share of matches that get no response sits in the same row, at the same size and with the same visual weight, as the one that makes us look good.
Third-party market data is always attributed to its source and year. When the source is a technology vendor, we say so: a figure published by whoever sells the solution doesn't carry the same weight as an independent measurement.
The estimates, projections and results reported in the case studies describe specific situations and are not a promise of results: what happened for one business, with its own network and its own market, is not what will happen for yours.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites run by third parties — platforms in the ecosystem, data sources, articles, social profiles. The link is there so you can verify or dig deeper, and does not imply any control on our part over that content or any responsibility for what you find there.
Once you leave for another site, its own rules and privacy notice apply, not ours.

We take care over the content and correct it as soon as we notice an error, but we cannot guarantee that it is, at every moment, complete, up to date and free of inaccuracies. The site is run by a company under the law of the Republic of San Marino. The mandatory rules protecting consumers and the personal-data-protection provisions in force in the user's country of residence remain applicable in every case, and nothing on this page is intended to limit them.
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of San Marino. For any dispute, the Single Court (Tribunale Unico) of the Republic of San Marino has exclusive jurisdiction.
