Daniele Ceccotti, Camper Business and Segnalazione Vincente
In August 2021 we interviewed Daniele Ceccotti, founder of Camper Business, a company active since 2005 in the sale and rental of camper vans. Thirty years in the sector, and a business with four different lines to keep fed — which is exactly the situation where a network of people counts for more than advertising.

What he told us
Four businesses, a single pool of people
In the interview, Daniele described a company doing four things at once: importing camper vans for a brand, buying and selling nationwide, renting out of centres in Pisa and Rome, and developing a rental franchise for anyone wanting to enter the sector.
Behind him, thirty years of experience built on well-known brands in the sector. It's the profile of the business owner who knows everyone in their own circle — and who, precisely for that reason, tends to underestimate how much that circle is worth.
Why that case was interesting
Four different business lines draw from the same pool of people: whoever buys a camper van might rent one out the year after, whoever rents might open a centre.
A company like this doesn't need more contacts. It needs to know, for every contact it already has, which of the four doors they need.
One word at a time
From commission to Match Credit
In 2021 the mechanism relied on a cash commission for whoever brought in a client. It works, and it has changed — for a precise reason.
The limit of commission
It pays for the gesture, not the reputation. Whoever passes on a hundred random names earns more than whoever passes on three good ones, and the system has no way to tell them apart. Over time quality drops and the channel empties out.
What replaces it
Today the unit of exchange is Match Credit: a right to an introduction, which changes hands instead of money. It's the formula R = MC/2, and it supports the mechanism of delegated reciprocity — promising reciprocity without having to deliver it in person.
Whoever introduces is a Connector, and their reliability is measured over time (Fifth law): passing on random names, in this system, costs instead of paying off.

Where does your company stand, in one number
AIRA-SCAN© measures the relational capital your company already has: ten questions, three minutes, no registration. Your browser calculates the score and shows it immediately, along with the dimensions where you're losing the most points.
Then the extended report arrives by email, and within one working day a person calls you: you look at the result together and assess whether the AIRA-DX© Stoic Analysis makes sense for your company. It's free and limited to twelve a week, so it isn't owed to whoever does the check-up: it's decided together.
